The first thing we need to begin a project is a list of keyword phrases you want to rank

and manually submit the specific URL's to each of the top search engines, such as Google, MSN, Yahoo, Lycos, Hot Bot, Netscape, Look Smart, All The Web, and more.

Tracking:
In order to measure the effectiveness of the marketing efforts, we track the rankings in the search engines for as long as you want, and make changes accordingly. We track manually and using software that lists the ranking of each keyword phrase for each search engine. This is done using tracking software. Also, rankings get bumped by other sites doing similar things, so tracking is important to continue even after a desirable ranking has been achieved. It takes different search engines different lengths of time to index a Web site after submission. Some take a week or two, some may take up to two months. For this reason, it may be better to track for more than a month.

Monitoring & Reporting:
We then take the reports generated by our tracking software and post them on the NEt for you to review on a regular basis.
