Re-Vamping Your Small Business Website

We will do everything you need to greatly improve your business Web presence by re-vamping your existing website. We'll explain exactly what you do or do not need and why, and then we'll do everything for you. Here are the steps we take:

Re-Vamp Website Phase I

  • Meet with you, in person or on the phone, to learn exactly what you want and expect. Here we help you come up with concrete goals you want to achieve with the new re-vamped website. We'll discuss with you possible new Web services (read Web Services article) and lead generation features you can include and what ones you want to include from your old site
  • We'll review your old website with you and determine along with you what features should be included or left out of the new site re-vamp (read Top 10 Ways Websites Make Me Suffer article).
  • We'll investigate what worked and didn't work with your old site and plan your new site accordingly
  • Assess how your current server platform is working for you. We'll also assess how your site's Web programming is performing. We'll explain the different computer server platforms and languages you can choose from and the pros and cons of each. If you decide you want a new platform or technology, we'll help you determine which to choose for your new site and what Web programming will be needed
  • Guide you through the development of your new look & feel Web design (if you decide you want a new look & feel), helping you decide what will best communicate your business message (see Website Manifestation article)

Re-Vamp Website Phase II

  • We then begin creating mockups of various look & feels that match what you want. We post them to our server for you to view online. The purpose of the mockups will be to achieve the exact look and feel you want before we begin production
  • You then let us know what you like and don’t like until you approve of a specific design for the homepage and inner pages completely – this can happen for as many iterations as needed
  • We establish a design freeze and begin production
  • We build the site with e-marketing in mind (see Online Marketing Campaign article). This means making it search engine friendly, and suggesting ways in which you can leverage your new site for lead generation (and see Eddie The Erroneous E-Marketer article)
  • We publish the site on a staging server for your review every few days for you to review. We only continue when you are satisfied with the what we have done so far.
  • Test everything and post it for your final review
  • Publish the re-vamped website live to the World Wide Web

ReVamp Website Phase III

  • Discuss with you ways to e-market your newly re-vamped website
  • We offer three months of free support for any website-related issue, all you have to do is call or email us.
